Job summary

Right at Home Halton is seeking experienced Personal Support Workers to join our team serving Hamilton East. Immediate openings on day and evening shifts; weekend availability is required. Italian language skills are a strong asset, and Alzheimer's/Dementia training is preferred.

As a PSW, you will provide compassionate in-home care, support clients and families, and collaborate with a dedicated care team. We value integrity, professionalism, and a client-centered approach to daily living.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate or equivalent required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR.
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening.
• Ability to work independently with team support.
• Italian speaking preferred.
• GPA (Gentle Persuasive Approach) certification preferred.
