Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate Personal Support Workers to join our team serving Ingersoll, ON and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate in-home care, following established care plans to support clients’ physical and emotional well-being.

Ideal candidates hold a PSW diploma or equivalent, demonstrate strong English communication, and possess a valid driver’s license. Bayshore supports flexible scheduling and professional development within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• PSW diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication in English (French may be required in Quebec)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to the care plan and ensure client comfort and safety.
• Perform duties within provincial scope for PSW including bathing, feeding, mobility and basic wound care.
• Observe and document client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and protect client confidentiality.
