Qualifications

• PSW diploma or Health Care Aide equivalent (evidence required).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
• TB/Background checks and criminal record check as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living in clients' homes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using mobile devices.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders as per care plan.
• Support client independence and well-being with compassion and respect.
