Go Insurance is hiring a Personal Sales Broker in Edmonton. You will leverage your insurance sales expertise to grow client relationships, provide exceptional service, and drive performance in a supportive, reward-driven team environment.

You bring a Level 1/2 Insurance Agent License, proven sales experience, and a momentum to advance. The role emphasizes growth, ongoing coaching, and a culture that rewards results.

Qualifications

• A Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance Agent License is required.
• Proven experience in insurance sales and service.
• Strong track record in direct sales, promotions, or brokerage environments.
• Confidence, resilience, and a drive to succeed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and PC skills.
• Call centre experience is a plus.
