Job summary

Garriock Insurance in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Personal Lines Broker to provide client-focused insurance advice, manage renewals, quotes, and policy servicing in person, by phone or email.

The successful candidate will build lasting client relationships, handle Autopac transactions, use insurer portals and Applied Epic; a Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License is required; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Personal Lines insurance brokerage experience required.
• Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance License.
• Working knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and insurer portals.
• Experience processing Autopac transactions, with a strong understanding of the IWS system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
• Experience with Applied Epic is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
