Gifford Carr Insurance Group in Sudbury is seeking a dynamic Personal Lines Account Manager (Broker) to join our team. You will support the Risk Advisor and build lasting relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues while handling policy changes and renewals.

The ideal candidate holds an active RIBO license, demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Active RIBO license required.
• Experience as Personal Account Manager or broker role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and team members.
• Provide value by offering coverages and explaining solutions to exposures.
• Assist Personal Risk Advisor and act as first-line underwriter when needed.
• Coordinate quoting, renewals, and remarketing with insurers.
• Review policy changes, endorsements, and invoices with clients.
• Support with applications, certificates, and claim notices as required.
