Job summary

JobsMedia.io is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive in Calgary, AB to manage and grow VIP/high-net-worth client books. You will provide expert advice by phone and email to ensure an exceptional client experience, while handling renewals, cross-selling, and placement of Auto, Home, Boat, Recreational, and Umbrella policies.

You will identify new personal lines opportunities, maintain documentation in EPIC and insurer portals, and ensure regulatory compliance as part of a dynamic brokerage

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of VIP Personal Lines experience.
• Level 2 Insurance license required.
• Experience with high-net-worth personal lines accounts.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC and insurer portals.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• RIBO license and industry designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) considered assets.
