As a Personal Insurance Executive, our Personal Lines division of HUB International is focused on our clients providing expert advice and solutions based on our client’s insurance needs utilizing our own in-house Personal Lines program, High Value programs, special risk and regular market offerings tailored for our clients.

Salary Expectations:
The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, i.e., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $50,000 to $65,000, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses for some positions.
