NFP, an Aon company, is expanding its Personal Lines sales team in Ontario and seeks a Client Executive to deliver best-in-class service and tailored insurance solutions for clients. In Ottawa hybrid role, you’ll advise prospects, hit sales targets, prepare applications, and collaborate with underwriters and colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate has a RIBO license, 2 years of Personal Lines experience, and a passion for client relationships in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• RIBO license in good standing required.
• Typically 2 years Personal Lines experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience with Major Domestic Personal Lines Markets (Intact, Aviva, SGI, etc.).
• Sale-focused mindset with strong client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and counselling on personal insurance coverage.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and department goals.
• Prepare documentation for prospects and issue certificates.
• Maintain relationships with underwriters for service excellence.
• Resolve concerns with professional demeanour using product knowledge.
• Quote new prospects using rating services or portals.
• Represent the brokerage at industry events when required.
• Stay current on industry changes and processes.
