NFP, an Aon company, is expanding its Personal Lines sales team in Ontario. We’re seeking a Client Executive to leverage industry knowledge and deliver a best-in-class client experience with customized solutions that protect, comfort and recover clients.

This full‑time hybrid role in Kitchener requires a RIBO license with 2 years of Personal Lines experience, strong underwriter familiarity, and a proven sales mindset.

Qualifications

• RIBO license in good standing required.
• Typically, 2 years Personal Lines experience in a “one & done” environment.
• Extensive experience with Major Domestic Personal Lines Markets (Intact, Aviva, SGI, etc.)
• Passion for sales; committed to delivering a top-notch client experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice, recommendations and counselling to prospects about their personal insurance coverage geared to their unique needs and exposures.
• Meeting and/or exceeding individual sales targets as well as department goals.
• Preparing documentation for prospects: complete applications for, issue insurance certificates, and set application for processing by internal or external keying team.
• Maintaining professional and collaborative relationships with key underwriters.
• Resolving any concerns or complaints with a professional demeanour by leveraging product and service knowledge.
• Quoting new prospects using Applied Rating Services or Company Portals.
• Representing the brokerage at industry functions when required.
• Keeping current on industry changes, underwriting rules and workflow processes.
• Actively participate in training initiatives.
