Job summary

BrokerLink Inc. is seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. You will service ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters, and renewals; sell new policies and retain existing business; and quote via outbound calls and walk-ins.

You’ll coordinate with underwriters, prepare applications, and manage changes while staying current on underwriting rules. We value diversity, offer flexible work arrangements where possible, and provide comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School and or Post-Secondary Education.
• Minimum 1 year Personal Insurance experience preferred.
• Exposure to Epic is an asset.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing service for client needs; advise on insurance matters and renewals.
• Sell new policies and retain existing book of business.
• Quote new business via outbound calls and walk-in clients.
• Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters on guidelines and policies.
• Prepare applications, issue certificates, process changes and renewals.
• Stay current on underwriting rules and workflow processes.
