Job summary

BrokerLink is hiring a Personal Insurance Advisor to join the Spriggs Insurance team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Georgetown or Oakville. You will service ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters, and process renewals while growing new and existing client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of personal insurance experience, a customer-focused mindset, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Personal Insurance experience preferred.
• Exposure to Epic is an asset.
• RIBO License is an asset.
• Strong customer focus with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Service ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters and renewals.
• Sell new policies to existing or new clients; retain book of business.
• Quote new business through outbound outreach and walk-ins; liaise with underwriters.
