Job summary

Salehi Law Professional Corporation in Toronto is seeking a proactive Intake Coordinator to lead our client onboarding and manage inquiries for personal injury matters. You will be the main contact for potential clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through retainer execution and file handover.

The role requires 1–2+ years in personal injury intake, familiarity with SABS and OCF forms (OCF-2, -3, -5, -6, -10), and proficiency with DocuSign, MS Office, and practice management software.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in personal injury legal intake, case coordination, or legal assisting within Ontario.
• Knowledgeable with SABS, OCF form workflows (OCF-2, OCF-3, OCF-5, OCF-6, OCF-10).
• Proficient with DocuSign, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), and practice management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with compassionate client care.
• Excellent organization and strict confidentiality.
• Additional languages are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake inquiries and lead tracking from initial inquiry through retainer execution and file handover.
• Gather information during detailed intake screenings for prospective MVA, SABS, slip and fall, medical malpractice and disability claims.
• Assist with submitting OC forms (OCF-2, OCF-3, OCF-5, OCF-6, OCF-10).
• Prepare, send, and follow up on retainer agreements, medical authorizations, and initial documents using DocuSign.
• Assist with scheduling for lawyers and paralegals as required.
• Open new files and gather initial documentation including police reports and insurance policies.
• Summarize intake findings and coordinate with managing lawyers and paralegals; support Accident Benefits and Tort matters.
