Noohi Law is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer with 2+ years of strong personal injury experience to join our results-driven team in Toronto. You will work within a supportive, energetic environment and grow under a seasoned legal team with over 20 years of experience.

We value expertise in accident benefits and insurance defence litigation as a plus, and you will manage files from intake to resolution, maintaining compassionate client communication and meticulous court-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience, with strong accident benefits exposure.
• Experience in insurance defence litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage files from intake to resolution, maintaining clear, compassionate client communication.
• Be proficient with Accident Benefits claims and related forms from start to finish.
• Confidently handle multiple claims with precision and sound legal judgment.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Negotiate effectively to settle and resolve claims while maintaining client interests.
• Represent at court and tribunal matters, mediations, pre-trials, discoveries, and settlement conferences with organized documentation.

Personal Injury Lawyer (2+ years experience)

Noohi Law is a results-driven personal injury firm with a supportive, energetic environment and the
opportunity to grow under a seasoned legal team with over 20 years of experience. We are actively
looking for one new team member with two years of strong personal injury expertise. We are located
near the Sheppard and Bayview Ave intersection.

Required Expertise

• Member of the Law Society of Ontario in Good Standing
• With 2 years of experience in personal injury law, particularly in accident benefits, experience in insurance defence litigation and Tort is a plus.

Accountabilities

• Manage files from intake to resolution, conduct regular file reviews, and maintain clear communication with clients with a compassionate approach.
• Detailed hands‑on knowledge of (SABS), be Capable of completing various insurance forms, and manage Accident Benefit claims from start to finish.
• Ability to take command of many claims with confidence and precision.
• Strong decision‑making powered by legal insight, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail and an appetite for complex challenges.
• Skilled negotiator with the drive and confidence to settle and resolve claims effectively.
• To confidently attend and represent at court and tribunal matters, mediations, pre‑trials, discoveries, and settlement conferences, ensuring perfectly filed, organized, and court‑ready documentation at every stage

Salary

Range is from $80,000 – $120,000 per year,
