Desjardins Group in Montreal is seeking a Personal Finance Advisor to build lasting relationships with members and clients, listening to needs and offering tailored financial advice. You will balance client satisfaction with profitability and risk management while collaborating with partners.

You will advise on investments, loans and insurance, stay current with industry trends, and participate in community outreach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsabilidades

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
