Job summary

Desjardins Group is seeking a Personal Finance Advisor to build lasting relationships with members and clients in Canada. You will listen to needs, offer tailored advice, and help choose suitable financial solutions including investments, loans, and insurance.

You will work with individuals and businesses, emphasizing client satisfaction, profitability, and prudent risk management. A strong emphasis is placed on equity, diversity and inclusion within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers is required.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
