Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day banking needs and transactions.
• Guide customers to the right contact for appropriate solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools (mobile, ATM, online).
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
• Promote banking products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, equitable team environment.
