Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in branch and community to uncover banking needs and referrals.
• Demonstrate and educate clients, leveraging technology to enhance their experience.
• Assist with a full range of financial transactions and respond to client inquiries.
• Actively listen to understand client needs and propose solutions.
• Resolve and prevent client banking problems while maintaining relationships with partners.
• Collaborate with RBC partners to maximize opportunities and referrals.
