Rexel Canada is hiring an Inside/Counter Sales Associate based in Simcoe, ON to build relationships with customers, answer product inquiries, maintain the customer database and process orders. You will report to the Branch Manager and support the field sales and project management teams.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of inside/counter sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

What You Will Do With Us

As the Inside/Counter Sales Associate based in Simcoe, ON, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintain the customer database and receive & process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

• Sales Support, you will assist customers with any inquiries In-person, via phone and at the counter.
• You will make a personal impact, you consistently achieve a high level of customer service and also help with other warehouse duties as assigned.
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Who Are You

• You have 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
• You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
• You have experience using AS400 (an asset.)
• You have electrical or similar industry experience.
