Job summary

Westburne, part of Rexel Canada, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Smiths Falls, Ontario. You will help customers with inquiries, process orders, and maintain our customer database while supporting the branch and field sales teams.

You will engage with customers at the counter and over the phone, build relationships, and contribute to a high standard of service. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inside/counter sales experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
• Experience using AS400 is an asset.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do With Us

As theInside Sales Associatebased inSmiths Falls, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintain the customer database and receive & process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

• You have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
• You have experience using AS400 (an asset.)
