Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate to join our Cap Rouge branch. You will guide customers through new accounts, investments and banking solutions, and connect them with the right staff for resolution of their financial needs.

You will engage customers with day-to-day advisory needs, promote digital banking, and support frontline staff with transactions while upholding TD's standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC certification within 90 days of start date.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, branch software and internet.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and customer problem resolution.
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact for solutions while protecting confidentiality.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build confidence in digital trends.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report issues to management.
• Recommend improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Participate in timely, accurate business processes and ensure documentation reflects regulations and Code of Conduct.
• Promote a positive and equitable work environment and support personal development.
