Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC certification or equivalent within 90 days of start.
• Post-secondary degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.
• Self-starter with strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and customer problem resolution related to banking solutions.
• Guide customers to the right contact person for appropriate solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Build customer confidence in digital banking trends by educating on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard matters to management.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations and processes to enhance customer experience and achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and reflects business intentions in line with regulations and TD’s conduct code.
