Job summary

TD Bank, à Regina, recherche un conseiller clientèle pour offrir des conseils financiers personnalisés et des solutions adaptées à chaque client. Vous aiderez à promouvoir les produits et services, tout en assurant une expérience client de qualité au sein d'un établissement bancaire engagé.

Le poste exige des compétences en service client, une bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office et une capacité à gérer des tâches avec rigueur et discrétion, tout en respectant les règles internes et les normes

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires requis et 1 an d'expérience pertinente.
  • Diplôme postsecondaire ou diplôme universitaire apprécié.
  • IFIC ou équivalent requis.
  • CFSA doit être complété dans les 12 mois après l'embauche.
  • Expérience en prêts immobiliers et/ou investissements est un atout.
  • Bonne connaissance des processus d'investissement et de crédit et capacités à conseiller les clients.
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office et applications Internet.
  • Communicateur(trice) tactful capable d'échanger des informations de manière concise et logique.
  • Autonomie et bonnes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.

Responsibilities

  • Conseiller les clients sur des solutions financières de haut niveau à partir d'un éventail de produits et services.
  • Poser des questions financières pertinentes pour engager les clients et créer des expériences positives.
  • Renforcer la confiance financière des clients en fournissant des conseils personnalisés et en traitant leurs questions.
  • Servir de point de contact pour l'équipe de première ligne pour résoudre les problèmes.
  • Maintenir un espace professionnel conforme aux directives marketing et réglementaires.
  • Travailler avec les clients existants et potentiels pour des revues financières et des mises à jour de portefeuille.
  • Rester informé des évolutions réglementaires et des codes de conduite et participer à l'amélioration des processus.
  • Viser l'atteinte des accords de service et des objectifs de productivité.
  • Veiller à ce que les documents respectent les règlements et reflètent correctement les intentions commerciales.
  • Participer pleinement en tant que membre d'équipe et aider à maintenir un environnement de travail positif et diversifié.

Responsabilités
  • Play a key role in advising customers of high‑level financial solutions from a range of available investment and credit banking solutions.
  • By asking thoughtful financial questions, engage with customers and create positive experiences to retain and deepen relationships.
  • Increase customer financial confidence by providing personalized financial advice, answering customer questions, and addressing their concerns; raising matters as appropriate to team members or partners while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Act as a point of contact for the frontline staff in handling customer problems.
  • Maintain professional space in common areas as per marketing and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work closely with existing and prospective customers to provide financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates and suggest additional personalized solutions based on their financial goals.
  • Stay knowledgeable about emerging issues, evolving regulations and industry codes of conduct as well as participate in process improvement opportunities to protect the interests of the organization.
  • Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.
  • Ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations and in a way properly reflecting business intentions.
  • Participate fully as a team member, help build a positive and diverse work environment, willingly assist and mentor others in the completion of work activities, and address communication issues efficiently.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Post‑secondary or undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.
  • Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
  • CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
  • Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions and concepts in order to provide personalized advice to customers in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in software tools including MS Office, and internet application.
  • Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information in a concise and logical way.
  • A self‑initiator with strong organizational, planning and time‑management skills.
