Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
• Knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
• Tactful communicator with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from investment and credit banking options.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and create positive experiences.
• Provide personalized financial advice to improve customer relationships.
• Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff on customer problems.
• Maintain professional space in common areas per regulations.
• Collaborate with customers to discuss portfolio updates and new solutions.
• Stay informed about evolving regulations and industry codes of conduct.
• Strive to meet service levels and productivity targets.
• Prepare documents reflecting business intent and regulatory requirements.
