Position : Personal Assistant
Reports to : Senior Vice President

Contract Length : Permanent with a 6-month probation period
Workplace : Primarily at the Senior Vice President's home (may require travel with her family)

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage communication with household service personnel, including nannies, chefs, tutors, doctors, coaches, renovation companies, and schools.
- Transport children daily to and from school, including evening drop-offs to tutoring classes (requires a valid driver's license).
- Translate between Mandarin & English for SVP's daily life, such as medical appointments and meetings.
- Oversee household service personnel, such as nannies and housekeepers, acting as a liaison.
- Arrange daily work and personal activities for the SVP and family, including transportation, visa applications, travel arrangements, study tours, hotel bookings, and other personal matters.
- Coordinate tasks and work schedules flexibly based on needs.
- Prepare and manage personal documents, including tax-related matters.
- Ensure security of sensitive information and manage selected accounts.
- Handle procurement and payment matters related to personal affairs.
- Manage and arrange personal and work-related matters as authorized.
Qualifications :
- Prior Experience : Experience as an executive or upper management assistant.
- Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in education, law, economics, or English-related fields.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public relations and coordination abilities.
- Adaptability : Ability to remain calm and handle unexpected situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Proficiency : Native Chinese speaker with proficiency in spoken and written English, minimum IELTS score of 7 or equivalent.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in office software and electronic devices.
- Personal Attributes : Enthusiasm for assistant work, honesty, gentleness, patience, meticulousness, responsibility, politeness, and stress management.
- Problem-Solving : Self-driven with problem-solving skills.
- Remote Work Skills : Effective online communication and reporting skills.
- Meeting Minutes : Experience in preparing meeting minutes for daily gatherings.
