Job summary

Artemis Gold - Blackwater Project in Vancouver is seeking a senior Permitting & Environmental specialist to lead mining permit strategies for construction, expansion and operations. You will coordinate with mine-site teams, Indigenous Nations and regulators to ensure timely approvals and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in permitting within mining, BC regulatory knowledge, strong writing and project management skills, and a professional BC designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with environmental monitoring databases and regulatory programs.
• Project management skills and ability to coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead permitting initiatives for construction/expansion and operations.
• Collaborate with Indigenous Nations and regulators on permitting matters.

• Manage consultant resources and budgeting for permitting projects.
• Support environmental monitoring, reporting and compliance.
