Artemis Gold Inc. in Vancouver seeks a Senior Contracts Specialist to manage end-to-end commercial activities for Blackwater Mine operations and capital projects.

Based in the Vancouver office with occasional travel to site, you will source, evaluate, negotiate, and administer contracts to support mining operations. Formación

• Minimum 7 years of progressive contract administration or contracts management experience; mining/construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial terms, risk allocation, and standard Canadian mining and construction forms (CCDC, owner templates).
• BC Mines Act and WorkSafeBC knowledge; governance and contracting policies.

Responsabilidades

• Contract Lifecycle Management: manage contracts from planning to close-out for equipment, maintenance, services, construction, labour, and professional services.
• Tendering, Evaluation and Negotiation: lead RFI/RFP/RFQ, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and advise on awards.
• Contract Administration: administer agreements, track obligations, insurance, payments, and compliance.
• Variations, Claims and Performance: manage changes, monitor KPIs, and address issues with the Manager, Contracts.
• Risk and Compliance: identify risks, ensure policy compliance in contract activities.
• Documentation, Systems and Reporting: maintain contract registers and audit-ready files; generate reports.
