Responsibilities

• Daily management and coordination of shipments.
• Collaborate with overseas offices/agents to organize air and ocean shipments.
• Coordinate schedules with carriers and tender/dispatch shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents as required.
• Work with customs brokers for import clearance.
• Adhere to domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Track and trace all shipments.
• Prepare and publish reports as required.
