The role includes restocking, transporting, and assisting the surgical team with patient observations while ensuring sterile processing and equipment care in a busy surgical unit.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform detailed technical duties related to preparation of OR theaters and perioperative care.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed technical duties related to preparation of OR theaters and patient positioning and preparation of surgical patients and related supplies/equipment.
• Restock supplies in theaters and storage areas and transport patients, specimens, equipment and supplies within perioperative areas.
• Support the surgical team regarding patient observations and interactions, and in the use, care and location of perioperative equipment and supplies.
