Providence Health Care in Vancouver is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Pregnancy, Birthing and Newborn Centre within the Perinatal Program. You will assess, plan, and deliver nursing care across prenatal to post-birth supports in a compassionate, culturally safe setting.

The role requires current RN registration with BCCNM, strong teamwork, and the ability to guide patient/family education. The organization emphasizes Indigenous safety, inclusive care, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM.
• Post-Basic Education funding may be available for eligible applicants.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Develop, implement and revise the plan of care.
• Incorporate patient education into care plans and refer to resources.
• Collaborate with the health care team and teach patient/family sessions.
