Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing.
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM.
• 1+ year perinatal nursing experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for perinatal patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Coordinate care and referrals with inter-professional team.
• Educate patients and families on pregnancy, birth, and newborn care.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality improvement.
