Job summary

Havas Media Network is seeking a performance-focused Campaign Specialist to build, manage, and optimize Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns in Montreal. You will own execution, ensure adherence to plans and budgets, and actively monitor pacing to deliver client KPIs.

Join a collaborative team and leverage DV360, Google Ads, SA360, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms while using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze performance and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a performance media role.
• Hands-on buying and optimization across DV360; Amazon DSP or similar is a plus.
• Experience with Google Ads, SA360, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns.
• Own in-platform execution per media plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor pacing and performance; manage media spend for clients.
• Analyze data to improve efficiency, scale, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Planning, Investment, Analytics, and other teams.
• Communicate strategy and results to stakeholders and clients.
