Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to drive ROI
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing assets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of campaigns

Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid/ occasionally working on site)
+6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Experience using A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely)
Skilled in campaign reporting and dashboards using Looker Studio / Google Data Studio
Familiar with retargeting platforms (e.g., AdRoll, Criteo) and affiliate networks
Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
Comfortable collaborating with designers using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of UTM tracking, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and performance KPIs
Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and SEO/SEM fluency
