Tiller is seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead and grow our practice serving mid-market B2B SaaS clients in Calgary. You will own client outcomes, coach strategists, and drive cross-channel paid media, CRO, SEO, and AI-driven search initiatives.

You will guide strategy, oversee budgets up to six figures per client, and collaborate with Client Strategy, Creative, and Development to optimize outcomes and elevate our integrated performance offering.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant performance marketing experience with hands-on paid media expertise.
• Deep experience developing and optimizing B2B paid media programs, especially LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads; experience across Meta and other channels.

Responsabilités

• Lead the performance marketing department and own client outcomes and team development.
• Provide hands-on oversight through regular paid account reviews, audits, and strategy challenges.
• Set standards for paid media strategy, campaign development, optimization, and testing across multiple B2B channels.
• Advance integrated paid performance with CRO, landing page optimization, experimentation, and measurement.
• Oversee CRO and experimentation practices, prioritizing opportunities and translating learnings into measurable improvements.
• Guide SEO strategy and execution supporting client objectives.
• Oversee AI search strategy and execution for AEO/GEO improvements.
• Ensure reliable measurement with GA4, GTM, attribution, data quality, and QA.
• Own reporting standards and communicate performance insights to clients.
