Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC/eCommerce brands through Meta ads. You will own strategy, testing roadmaps, and client communication while scaling campaigns and working with a data-driven, AI-enabled stack.

You will guide creative strategy, manage budgets, and build frameworks that win. This role rewards strategic thinking and a marketer’s mindset, not just button-pushing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands on Meta Ads.
• Ability to develop and execute creative testing roadmaps.
• Experience managing significant ad budgets and measuring CPA/ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets (various monthly spend per client).
• Diagnose funnel issues across creative, offer, and conversion.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps with clients.
