Sun Life is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions. You will escalate complex inquiries and process transactions in Workday and ADP GlobalView for clients in Canada, the US, Ireland and Bermuda.

Bring HR policy knowledge, strong customer service, and hands-on experience with HR systems to ensure accurate processing, timely responses and continuous improvement of inquiry management.
