Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a Specialist, HR Contact Centre to deliver excellent HR service to employees by handling inquiries on policies, benefits, payroll, and more.

As the first point of contact, you will use case management tools, collaborate with Payroll, Benefits and IT, and ensure data accuracy while complying with privacy and regulatory requirements. This 18-month contract offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of HR policies, benefits, payroll, and leaves.
• Bilingualism (French-English) is required for Quebec locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries, answering questions related to policies, benefits, payroll, leaves, and other HR services.
• Use case management tools to log, track, and resolve cases; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain understanding of HR policies and processes and provide guidance to employees.
