Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Ontario is seeking a Team Member Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day HR administration at Harmony Hills Community, a temporary full-time role. The position focuses on enriching the experience of team members and fostering an environment where individuals feel supported and valued.

You will provide guidance on employee relations, assist with investigations, participate in engagement initiatives, and help coordinate recognition events and safety activities.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2-3 years of HR experience and a post-secondary HR education.
• CHRP designation is an asset and healthcare HR experience is valued.
• Experience with HRIS systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assistance with employee relations including performance management and investigations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support in resolving employee relations/investigations and document as required.
• Support Employee Engagement plans, townhalls, and deployment of HR programs.
• Support service recognition ceremonies and activities.
• Participate in Health & Safety committee, WSIB/WSBC processes, and return-to-work programs.
• Act as first point of contact for queries related to Collective Agreements and assist in grievances and disciplinary matters.
