Hero Home Care is seeking an energetic People & Culture Manager to elevate teams, improve employee experience, and build scalable HR systems. You will work hands-on with leadership and recruiting to optimize onboarding, retention, and development across casual, part-time and full-time staff.

You will align policies with BC Employment Standards, enhance Dayforce workflows, and drive a best-place-to-work culture through data-driven people solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People & Culture, HR or related field.
• Experience building engagement and experience programs.
• Strong knowledge of BC Employment Standards.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen recruitment and onboarding processes across the organization.
• Develop performance management tools and development plans.
• Improve HR technology workflows and data accuracy.
