Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture and partnering with the Director, Total Rewards, the P&C Generalist supports key people programs across employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, compliance, and talent development. This role works closely with leaders and employees across the business to enhance the employee experience and support organizational growth.
The role is an onsite, permanent, full-time position with a typical starting salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per annum. Variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
