Job summary

KPMG in Canada is seeking a Manager to strengthen our People & Change Advisory Practice. You will lead large-scale organizational transformations, advise on HR transformation and workforce strategy, and apply AI-enabled approaches to deliver measurable client outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, facilitate workshops, manage multiple engagements with strong governance, support business development, and mentor consultants while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation programs in Change Management and HR Transformation.
• Proven track record managing complex transformations in consulting or large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational transformation initiatives including operating model transformation.
• Advise clients on HR transformation, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive adoption.
• Support AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives and readiness.
• Facilitate executive workshops, leadership alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage multiple client engagements with governance and risk oversight.
• Support business development, thought leadership, and client relationship building.
• Coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants.
