Trolley is growing quickly and we are hiring for a full time People Business Partner. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the VP People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the VP People & Culture to develop and execute People strategies aligned with business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People Operations team to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve job satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews with employees to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead succession planning initiatives to identify and develop high-potential employees for key roles.
• Drive learning and development programs, ensuring employees have opportunities for career growth.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, handling complex issues with discretion.
• Mediate workplace conflicts and provide guidance on employee relations policies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations with the collaboration of the Legal Counsel.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team to oversee performance management processes, providing coaching and development guidance to managers.
• On an added needed basis assist hiring managers in the hiring process of new employees. Screening candidates, conducting and coordinating interviews.

Requirements

• An advanced degree or diploma in human resources or business.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a HR role supporting Technology, Product, or
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Experience in a technology-driven or startup environment is highly desirable.
• Experience in tech hiring is a plus.
