Our People & Culture department is committed to creating a positive workplace and a dynamic, collaborative, innovative and inclusive culture that aligns with the organization’s values and mission. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated People & Culture Business Partner to join our team for approximately one (1) year.

Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture Services, the People and Culture Business Partner works in a client-group based model to provide guidance and advice at all levels of the organization on all aspects of human resources, including: employee and labour relations matters; disability case management; people and resource planning, organizational design, recruitment, change management, job evaluation processes, interpreting and applying collective agreements and HR policies and legislation, and various related projects and initiatives.

In this role, you will find creative, dynamic and innovative ways to resolve problems while concurrently considering past practices, best practices, and the interests of involved parties. You are a strong coach and use your coaching skills to develop people leadership capabilities. You are known for your strong work ethic, superior communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities and your demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple and competing demands.
