HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) seeks a Policy Advisor in Toronto to develop and maintain Plan policies, interpret Plan provisions, and provide timely guidance across sections to support compliant pension administration.

You will monitor regulatory changes, assist with policy updates, and collaborate with stakeholders for effective implementation of Plan amendments and risk management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pension administration and Canadian retirement system.
• Strong analytical and risk-identification abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HOOPP’s Plan policies and procedures.
• Interpret Plan text and prepare research for amendments.
• Support regulatory and legal developments impacting the Plan.
