Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify member data and files.
• Follow up on files and record updates in various systems.
• Enter data into databases accurately.
• Contact plan members for pension-related discussions.
• Handle requests from plan members and clients by email or phone.
• Provide Tier 2 analysis and respond to questions.
• Support and train Call Centre staff as needed.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
• Perform other related duties.
