Job summary

Marwood Ltd, located just outside Fredericton, NB, is seeking applicants for a Pellet Plant Operator. The successful candidate will operate the pellet plant and dryer, piling robot, forklift, wrapping station, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with equipment.
• Reliable and comfortable working independently.
• Eager to learn and take ownership of day-to-day operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or heavy equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and maintain accurate records (quality checks, grading, etc.)
• Ensure finished products are properly packaged and labeled
• Work collaboratively to maintain a safe and efficient workplace
• Perform a variety of physical and mechanical tasks related to plant operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement in production and safety
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Take on additional duties as needed

Located just outside of Fredericton, in Tracyville, NB, Marwood Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a Pellet Plant Operator The successful candidate will have responsibilities for operation of the pellet plant and dryer, piling robot, forklift, wrapping station, etc.

The Ideal Candidate is:

• Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with equipment
• Reliable and comfortable working independently
• Eager to learn and take ownership of day-to-day operations
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, construction, operating woodlands equipment or heavy equipment would be an asset.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift as well as days and nights

Responsibilities Include:
