Job summary

Marwood Ltd. is hiring Wood Production Labourers in Brookfield, NS for full-time, steady hours with room to grow. You’ll join a hands-on manufacturing team that works with wood products, uses hand and power tools, and helps keep production running smoothly.

Starting pay is $18.36/hour with benefits after probation, EAP access, and growth opportunities. You must be reliable, punctual, able to commute, and communicate in English. Manufacturing experience is welcome but not required.

Wood Production Labourer | Steady Hours| Growth Opportunities

Looking for steady, full-time work with room to grow? Marwood is hiring Labourers in Brookfield, NS. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and want to be part of a team that gets things done, this could be a great fit for you.

Schedule –

• Days (Mon - Fri, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm)
• Nights (Mon - Fri 4:30 pm – 1:00 am)

Responsibilities & Requirements

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you’ll work with wood products, use hand and power tools, and help keep production running smoothly. Tasks may include wrapping and bundling materials, applying labels and tags, stacking, and performing general handling duties. The role may also involve operating industrial equipment such as saws, planers, and loaders, as well as carrying out housekeeping and other general labour tasks as required.

You must be able to reliably commute, work both day or night shifts, and communicate in English. We’re looking for dependable individuals who show up on time, maintain consistent attendance, bring a positive attitude, and perform well in a busy environment. A solid work ethic and willingness to learn are essential – manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
