The role focuses on building trusting relationships, promoting self‑advocacy, connecting participants with resources, and supporting individuals to recognize their strengths and goals. Peer Mentors work collaboratively with employment service teams while maintaining confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical peer support practices.
