Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Canada is seeking a Pediatric Home Health RN to provide in-home nursing care for patients across diverse settings. You will work as a Registered Nurse or RPN with a focus on pediatric patients, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in the home environment.

The role requires travel within designated areas, on-call coverage, and collaboration with a supportive team to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is mandatory.
• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent) in good standing is required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
• Willingness to travel within a designated area to visit patient residences.
• On-call coverage including after hours is expected to ensure patient safety.

Job Description

In this community Pediatric RN Shift Nursing role, as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of palliative care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

Experience with children is mandatory for this position.
