Job summary

SE Health is hiring registered nurses in Ontario with flexible schedules, paid training, and a competitive hourly wage. The role requires travel across Guelph, Elora, Rockwood, Fergus and surrounding areas, with weekends and various shifts available.

Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Availability to work days, evenings, nights and every other weekend.
• Able to travel around Guelph, Elora, Rockwood, Fergus and surrounding areas.
• Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check are required upon hire.
• A willingness to attain required SE Health certifications.
• A current CPR certificate is required.
• This is a physically demanding position including sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling/squatting, reaching chest and waist level, and various hand grips.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, implement and evaluate care based on best evidence/practices and client’s unique needs.
• When designated as a primary provider for a client caseload, you will be the point of care lead accountable for their care while collaborating with other team members and support functions.
• Support the client through care transitions by coordinating with community support services in their local community.
